STAGING CONSULTATION

We offer a 1-hour staging consultation with celebrated interior designer, Jimm Wright, AIFD, PFCI. Jimm is a floral designer, painter and color expert. He has served the furniture and interior design industry for many years and served as the accessory buyer and display artist for one of the largest furniture retailers in the South. He frequently helps home owners to select colors and accessories for their updated looks, and often lectures on color psychology and the importance of color across multiple industries. And in 2004 Jimm won the National Christmas Tree Decorating Competition.

Jimm has designed for Presidential inaugurations, and often serves country music artists here in Nashville.

In your 1-hour consultation with Jimm, he will come to your listing property to meet with you and your seller. He will survey the furnishings and accessories that are already available in the home and will offer design suggestions to make everything work together in harmony. Often he will suggest rearranging furniture or adding a splash of color with accessories. Or he may suggest painting a wall. To get the most from your consultation with Jimm, it is important it be scheduled a few days prior to the photography day, giving your homeowners adequate time to respond and put Jimm’s ideas to work.
