For listings that need a designer’s touch, we offer a one-hour, on-site staging consultation with interior designer Jimm Wright, AIFD, PFCI. Jimm brings decades of experience in design, color, and furniture staging — from Presidential inaugurations to Nashville’s most iconic homes.
He’ll meet with you and your seller at the property, evaluate what’s already in the home, and provide actionable guidance on layout, furnishings, color, and finishing touches — using what’s already there, wherever possible.
Whether it’s rearranging furniture, recommending paint, or adding visual polish, Jimm helps elevate the home’s story — so your listing makes the strongest impression in person and online.
