Frequently Asked Questions

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Why should I hire a professional real estate photographer in Middle Tennessee?

96% of homebuyers start their home search online, and listings with professional photos receive far more views and sell faster. Our photography highlights your property’s best features, helping it stand out in Franklin, Nashville, Brentwood, and all across Middle Tennessee’s competitive market.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Franklin, TN, and serve all of Middle Tennessee, including Nashville, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Columbia, Murfreesboro, Springfield, Clarksville, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet and surrounding areas — usually within a 50-mile radius. Though, we are sometimes engaged to travel all over the US to photograph large, special projects for our customers. Let’s talk about the needs and scope of your project and find a way to make it a great value for us all.

How quickly will I receive my photos?

We deliver a 24–48 hour turnaround for most photo and video shoots. We know speed matters for agents who need to list homes quickly.

SERVICES QUESTIONS

Do you offer drone photography and video?

Yes. We are FAA-certified pilots and insured for aerial photography and video. Drone media is ideal for showcasing large lots, new construction, horse farms, river-front neighborhoods, mountain-top estates and luxury homes across Middle Tennessee.

What are HDR photos, and why do they matter?

HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography balances bright and dark areas, producing crisp, true-to-life images. This ensures interiors look bright and welcoming, without washed-out windows or dark corners.

Can you create 3D tours or virtual walk-throughs?

Absolutely. We use Matterport technology to create immersive 3D tours that let buyers explore a property anytime, anywhere — perfect for today’s remote buyers.

Do you provide Zillow ShowingTime + media

Yes, we are Zillow certified media providers and routinely create all the media for Zillow ShowingTime + listings.

Do you provide floor plans?

Yes. We deliver 2D and 3D floor plans that help buyers understand a home’s layout. This simple addition can dramatically increase listing engagement.

Do you offer twilight photography?

Yes, and its one of our favorites. Twilight shoots capture properties at sunset, highlighting exterior lighting, landscaping, and curb appeal. Magic hour brings your listing to life like nothing else can. These photos are proven to draw extra attention in online searches.

WORKING WITH AGENTS

How do I book a shoot?

Booking is easy through our online Agent Portal or even by phone. Let us know your preferred date and time, the listing address, square footage and a few other details, and we’ll confirm quickly.

Do you offer packages or bundles?

Yes. We provide flexible packages — from basic photo sets to full marketing suites with photos, video, drone, 3D tours and floor plans. Agents can choose what best fits their listing and budget.

Can you help me market my listing after the photos are taken?

Yes. Every shoot includes access to our Marketing Toolkit with ready-to-use flyers, social media posts, and branded content so you can promote listings immediately.

What if I have multiple listings each month?

We love working with high-volume agents. We offer loyalty volume programs, consistent service, and guaranteed turnaround to keep your pipeline moving.

Do you offer an Agent Referral Program?

Yes, our agents love to refer their other agent friends to us. So we offer a Referral Program that rewards both the referring agent and the newly referred agent.

POLICIES & PRACTICES

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand real estate can be unpredictable. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee.

What if the weather is bad on shoot day?

If rain or bad weather would hurt your photos, let us know a day ahead and we can reschedule at no cost. For overcast days that still allow shooting, we can enhance skies in post-production.

Do you require the home to be staged?

Staging is recommended but not required. We provide pre-shoot prep guides to help homeowners declutter and prepare quickly for photos. We also partner with interior designer, Jimm Wright to offer a staging consultation that gives homeowners tips on how to use what they already have to make their home show at its very best. Ask us about how working with Jimm!
